Who We Trade With

G.B. Enterprises (trading as Fixtron) is a business-to-business supplier. Our catalogue, pricing, and terms are intended for service technicians, repair businesses, retailers, dealers, and distributors.

Catalogue & Pricing

The website catalogue is an invitation to enquire, not an offer for sale. Product listings do not display prices; all pricing is provided by quotation in response to your enquiry and remains valid for the period stated in the quotation.

Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith. Specifications should be confirmed against your appliance model before ordering — our team will assist with compatibility checks on request.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp or in writing once quantities, rates, and payment terms are agreed. Payment terms are as stated on the relevant quotation or invoice.

Dispatch & Delivery

Dispatch is typically within 1–3 business days of order confirmation, subject to stock and transport availability. Delivery timelines through third-party transport networks are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns & Claims

Damaged, defective, or mismatched parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. Verified claims are resolved by replacement or credit. Parts that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery are not returnable.

Liability

Our liability in respect of any part is limited to its replacement or the refund of its price. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including labour costs or loss of business, arising from the use of supplied parts.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Chennai having exclusive jurisdiction.
