When you submit a form on this site — the catalogue download form or the dealer enquiry form — the details you enter (name, phone number, and any optional company, city, or email you provide) are stored securely in our database so our team can follow up. When you contact us directly via WhatsApp, phone, or email, we receive whatever details you choose to share.
How We Use It
We use the information you send us solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange dispatch, and maintain our business relationship with you. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Enquiries sent over WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy in addition to ours. Message history is retained as part of normal business records.
